We know that literacy is key to understanding and engaging with an increasingly digital world. Research shows that tech tools can improve learning outcomes for children from low-income neighbourhoods, learners in remote communities, and learners with special learning needs. But there are both benefits and risk to increased technology use, and issues with equitable access to technology across the country.
