We Celebrate National Volunteer Week

In celebration of National Volunteer Week, April 10-16, we would like to thank all of our volunteers for their inspirational support of Frontier College. Frontier College's legacy is built on the compassion of volunteers who believe in giving up their personal time to benefit others and their communities. Today, our volunteers’ generosity and creativity, along with the compassion that they show to thousands of learners continues to be an inspiration for us all. We are fortunate to work with and learn from our volunteers! Take a closer look at the incredible contributions of our dedicated and valued volunteers from coast-to-coast!

Literacy is measured on a scale of 0 to 5, with 5 being the highest.  A 2013 study revealed that almost half of Canadians have literacy scores below level 3, and nearly 1 in 5 Canadians are at or below Level 1.
